What to bring
- 2-3 liters of water per person
- Seasonally appropriate hiking attire.
- Hiking or approach shoes work best. Running shoes/sneakers will work.

Trip Details
Transport 1 hour to the trailhead. Gear up and hike down to the rim of Oak Creek Canyon. Descend the South Fork of Oak Creek, rappelling in waterfalls, down climbing, and wading though water. Climb 500ft feet up and out of the canyon on steep and exposed via ferrata terrain. Traverse back across the canyon with a Tyrollean traverse, then hike steep terrain back to the trailhead. Return to the original trip starting location.
