What to bring
- 2-3 liters of water per person
- Seasonally appropriate hiking attire.
- Hiking or approach shoes work best. Running shoes/sneakers will work.

Trip Details
Transport 1 hour to the trailhead. Gear up and hike down to the rim of Oak Creek Canyon. Descend the North Fork of Oak Creek via rappelling, down climbing, and wading through water. Climb 500ft feet up and out of the canyon on steep and exposed via ferrata terrain. Traverse back across the canyon with a Tyrollean traverse, then hike steep terrain back to the trailhead. Return to the original trip starting location.
