This is a great introduction to canyoneering and leaves plenty of time for other same day Zion activities. Trips involve rappelling, hiking, and canyon exploration. Difficulty level can be customized to your abilities.

Activity Area
This trip has the option to visit one of several different canyons depending on conditions and preferences. Request a specific canyon or decide with your guide on the day of your trip.
Westside Canyons – Lambs Knoll, Yankee Doodle, Solar Canyon, Bitter Creek, and Cottonwood Creek, and more.
Eastside Canyon – Unnamed Canyon, Upper Red Cave, Lower Red Cave, Dianes Canyon (aka Huntress), and White Lamanite.

What to bring
- 1-2 liters of water per person
- Seasonally appropriate hiking attire.
- Hiking or approach shoes work best. Running shoes/sneakers will work.

Trip Details
Meet your guide at the starting location, select the canyon route. Transport 15–30 minutes to the trailhead, gear up, and hike into the canyon. Rappelling instruction is provided at the first rappel, with ongoing guidance through additional rappels, scrambling, and down-climbing. Exit the canyon, return to the trailhead and transport back to the starting location.
